We want you to love your Bent Ponderosa piece. Each item is handmade and personalized, which makes it truly one-of-a-kind. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless there’s been an error on our end.
Personalization Details
Your design is created exactly as you enter it at checkout. Please double-check spelling, dates, and names before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer and cannot remake items with incorrect personalization details.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our part:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost
