Shipping policy

We do our best to get your custom order to you quickly while ensuring every detail is perfect. Here’s how our process works:

Proofing (if selected)

  • If you choose to receive a proof, you’ll get it via email within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Once you approve the proof, your order will move into production.

Production Time

  • Production takes 3–5 business days after proof approval (or after purchase if no proof is requested).

  • Every item is handmade and personalized, so we take the time to ensure quality and accuracy.

Shipping Time

  • Shipping time depends on the option you select at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package leaves our facility, as these are out of our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping label is created.
